Job Summary

Touchwood Entertainment Limited is looking for a well-spoken and organized RSVP Executive to manage guest communication and attendance confirmations for premium weddings and social events. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate guest records, handling guest queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make RSVP calls and follow up with guests to confirm attendance.
- Communicate event dates, venues, timings, accommodation, transportation, and other relevant details.
- Maintain updated guest lists, RSVP trackers, and attendance records.
- Track confirmed, declined, tentative, and non-responsive guests.
- Collect guest details, including attendee count, meal preferences, accommodation, transportation, and special requests.
- Handle VIP and high-profile guest communication professionally and discreetly.
- Coordinate with Wedding Planners, Hospitality, Operations, and Logistics teams to communicate guest requirements.
- Prepare RSVP status reports and share regular updates with the concerned teams.




- Manage last-minute confirmations, cancellations, and guest queries.
- Support on-ground guest reception, registration, seating, and hospitality coordination during events when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all guest information.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in RSVP management, hospitality, guest relations, customer service, or wedding events preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and a guest-friendly approach.
- Ability to manage multiple guest lists, deadlines, and last-minute changes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and during the wedding season.
