Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can understand client requirements, develop cutting-edge design concepts, prepare detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, and coordinate with site teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and project expectations.
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, furniture layouts, electrical layouts, and false ceiling plans.
- Create realistic 3D renders and interior visualizations.
- Prepare material specifications, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and cost estimates.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, carpenters, and site execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design accuracy.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed budget and timeline.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.




- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and design presentations.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar rendering software.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and MS Office is an advantage.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture design, lighting, and space planning.
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in residential or commercial interior design is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing completed projects or design concepts is required.

Preferred Candidate

- Creative, proactive, and professionally presentable.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to attend client meetings and project site visits.
- Focused on quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.

Compensation

Salary: 25000-45000 per month
