Overview

Experienced Project Sales Manager to drive growth in the PEB industry through lead conversion, client management, and payment collection.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads & convert to sales orders
- Manage full project sales cycle
- Ensure timely payment collection
- Maintain data bank of infra/consultants/architects
- Build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams for project delivery
- Achieve sales targets

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) + MBA (Marketing/Operations preferred)
- 5–10 years in PEB/project sales
- Proven record in lead generation, order closure & collections
- Solid industry network
