Role Overview

As an Event Sales & Consultation Expert, you will be responsible for converting birthday celebrations and corporate event enquiries into confirmed bookings.

You will act as a consultant to customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable event packages, managing enquiries and follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

This is a consultation-cum-sales role focused on customer relationships, revenue growth, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Event Consultation & Sales: Handle birthday, celebration, and corporate event enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails, recommending suitable packages based on customer requirements.
- Lead Management & Conversion: Manage enquiries, conduct timely follow-ups, negotiate effectively, and convert potential customers into confirmed bookings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with individual customers, HR teams, corporate coordinators, and decision-makers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate with operations and hosting teams to communicate customer requirements and ensure smooth event execution.
- Sales Reporting & Performance: Maintain accurate lead and booking records, track conversion rates, prepare reports, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills





- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent customer consultation, sales pitching, and negotiation skills.
- Empathy and a customer-first, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to generate, manage, follow up, and convert leads.
- Solid relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, reporting, and sales performance tracking.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in time management.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer consultation, or event management.
- Individuals comfortable handling both individual customers and corporate clients.
- Candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
- Applicants with experience in hospitality, entertainment, event sales, or corporate bookings will be preferred.

Work Schedule

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: Saturday
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day (shift timings to be communicated)

Compensation & Commitment

Annual CTC: ₹3,60,000 – ₹5,50,000

- Fixed Pay: Based on experience and performance evaluation.
- Variable Pay: Performance-linked incentives based on sales targets and conversions.
- Probation Period: 3 months.
- Probation Compensation: ₹27,500 per month.
- Commitment: 2-Year Employee Agreement.
