Ayurix Healthcare is looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with potential customers and patients, explain our Ayurvedic healthcare products and services, and convert leads into sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build trust with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads received through digital marketing campaigns.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries regarding Ayurvedic medicines, products, treatments, and services.
- Explain product details, pricing, usage instructions as approved, and ordering procedures.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Follow up with interested customers, pending orders, and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, lead status, and sales in the CRM or order sheet.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and operations teams regarding order status and delivery-related queries.
- Follow up on repeat purchases and support customer retention.
- Address customer queries professionally and escalate medical questions to qualified healthcare professionals.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales performance, follow-ups, and pending leads.
- Maintain qualified communication and follow company policies while interacting with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification:



12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in telesales, telecalling, healthcare, or customer support is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
- Comfortable working with daily sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-oriented approach.

Language Requirements

- Must be proficient in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers in all three languages.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in healthcare, Ayurvedic products, medicine sales, or wellness services will be an advantage.
- Experience handling leads generated through Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, WhatsApp, or website enquiries is preferred.
