e are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team and assist with end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication and comfortable interacting with candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

* Assist in the onboarding process.

* Maintain regular communication with candidates and the internal team.

Requirements:

* Freshers and candidates with up to 3 year of experience can apply.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

* Basic understanding of recruitment processes.

* Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and Google Workspace.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
