SalonMart India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and sales-oriented Beauty Advisor/Consultants with an interest in beauty, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and professional salon products.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting suitable beauty, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Explain product benefits, usage, and features effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new launches, and promotional offers.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Skills & Qualifications





- Prior experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or salon products is preferred.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Good selling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Presentable, energetic, and target-driven personality.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in the beauty industry may also apply.

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience, plus incentives as per company policy.
