Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor hospital quality management systems in accordance with NABH standards.
- Assist in NABH accreditation, surveillance, and reaccreditation activities.
- Conduct internal audits, departmental audits, facility rounds, and documentation reviews.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly quality reports.
- Coordinate incident reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and follow-up of identified issues.
- Maintain quality records, policies, procedures, SOPs, manuals, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate clinical audits and monitor compliance with established clinical protocols.
- Support patient safety initiatives, including medication safety, infection prevention, and patient identification practices.
- Organize quality-related training, awareness programmes, and competency assessments.
- Follow up on non-conformities and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Coordinate with department heads and staff to improve documentation compliance and patient care processes.




- Participate in quality committee meetings and prepare minutes of meetings and action plans.
- Support patient satisfaction surveys and continuous quality improvement projects.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital quality management systems.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and report preparation.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to conduct audits and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
