Are you passionate about automobiles, vehicle repair, and customer service? Berkley Hyundai is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Body Shop Executive to join our team and deliver exceptional accident repair and vehicle restoration services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries related to accident repairs and body shop services.
- Inspect damaged vehicles and coordinate repair estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians, denting and painting teams, and insurance representatives.
- Ensure timely completion and quality delivery of vehicles.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and delivery timelines.
- Maintain job cards, repair records, and relevant documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to Hyundai service standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in an automotive body shop or service dealership preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle denting, painting, and accident repair processes.
- Robust communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-oriented attitude with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
