1. Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell home cinema room solutions. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable home theatre solutions, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers interested in home cinema rooms, home theatres, and premium audio-visual solutions.
- Conduct field visits to residential properties, villas, apartments, offices, architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, room dimensions, and entertainment preferences.
- Promote home cinema solutions, including projectors, projection screens, speakers, amplifiers, AV receivers, acoustic treatments, seating, lighting, and automation systems.
- Explain product features, technical specifications, installation processes, and the advantages of customized home cinema solutions.




- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site inspections, room assessments, and customized solution recommendations.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product recommendations in coordination with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers to negotiate pricing, address queries, and close sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and other referral partners.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, quotations, sales orders, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets, lead-generation targets, and customer-visit targets.
- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, and referrals.
- Submit daily field visit reports and regular sales performance updates to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
