*Key Responsibilities*

* *In-Process Quality:* Conduct shop floor inspections during production and ensure strict compliance.

* *Defect Management:* Identify, document non-conformities, and support CAPA to improve production.

* *Documentation & Safety:* Maintain inspection records, check sheets, reports, and shop floor housekeeping standards.

* *Team Coordination:* Work with the production team to resolve quality issues and enforce standard work instructions.

*Requirements & Skills*

* *Education:* Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Quality).

* *Quality Methods:* Basic knowledge of in-process quality control and inspection techniques.





* *Measuring Instruments:* Skilled in using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and various gauges.

* *Soft & Operational Skills:* Strong observation, basic documentation/reporting, team coordination, and willingness to work in shifts.
