Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Customer Service Executive in an international BPO. Candidates will assist US/UK customers, resolve their queries, and provide excellent customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Assist US/UK customers with their concerns and requests.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Comfortable working from the office in Mumbai.
