Job Description: Maintenance Executive – Dental Clinics

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Department: Operations & Facility Management
Experience: 2–5 years in hospital maintenance or facility management

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Maintenance Executive to oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all 6 dental clinics across Bangalore. The candidate will ensure that all clinics are well-maintained, safe, functional, and ready for smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall maintenance and upkeep of all 6 dental clinics across Bangalore.
- Visit all clinics regularly to inspect facilities, identify maintenance issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate and supervise electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil, AC, and other repair works.
- Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of dental clinic infrastructure, equipment, furniture, fixtures, and utilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Handle maintenance complaints and resolve issues promptly to avoid disruption to clinic operations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repair expenses, service schedules, and vendor details.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of clinic facilities.
- Monitor maintenance costs and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with clinic managers and the operations team to address maintenance requirements.




- Ensure timely servicing and preventive maintenance of equipment and other essential facilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Prior experience in hospital maintenance or healthcare facility management is mandatory.
- Experience working in a dental clinic or dental hospital will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, AC, and general facility maintenance.
- Good coordination, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and handle maintenance issues independently.
- Must possess a valid driving licence and own two-wheeler or other personal vehicle.
- Must be willing to travel regularly across all 6 dental clinics in Bangalore.
- Should be dependable, organized, proactive, and capable of managing vendors and service personnel.

Job Requirements

- Work Location: Multiple clinic locations across Bangalore.
- Travel: Regular travel to all 6 clinics is mandatory.
- Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driving licence are compulsory.
- Industry Experience: Hospital experience is a must; dental experience is preferred.
