## Key Requirements:

* Strong hands-on experience with *ReactJS and Node.js*

* Robust JavaScript, *HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery*, and responsive web development

* Backend development using *Node.js and/or Python*

* Design and development of *RESTful APIs and microservices*

* Strong experience with *SQL and NoSQL databases* – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

* Hands-on experience with *AWS*, particularly Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS

* Experience with *Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines*

* Strong Git/version control experience

* Experience designing *scalable, cloud-based applications*

* Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, security, and debugging

* Experience with *Agile/Scrum*

### Leadership Responsibilities:

* Lead technical design, development, and deployment

* Architect scalable applications and APIs

* Mentor and guide development teams

* Conduct code reviews and enforce coding/engineering standards

* Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, and sprint planning





* Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams

* Drive technical decisions and recommend appropriate technologies

* Take ownership of end-to-end product development
