We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Field Sales Manager to drive our Solar Installations and Services division. In this role, you will be the face of our company, managing the entire sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation via calls and digital tools to conducting technical site visits and closing deals. This is a target-driven role perfect for a self-motivated professional who loves being on the field, meeting clients, and maximizing their earning potential through an aggressive incentive structure.

- Lead Generation & Engagement: Proactively connect with prospective residential, commercial, or industrial clients through cold calling, WhatsApp marketing, and other digital tools.
- Field Visits & Client Meetings: Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients face-to-face, understand their energy requirements,



and build robust relationships.
- Site Surveys: Visit client locations to inspect rooftops/sites, evaluate feasibility for solar installation, and collect necessary technical details for the engineering team.
- Deal Closure: Present customized solar proposals, handle pricing negotiations, overcome objections, and finalize site contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local solar policies, government subsidies, and competitor offerings to pitch our solutions effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
