- oom Cleaning & Maintenance: Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and arrange guest rooms and bathrooms, including changing linen, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
- Amenities Restocking: Replenish toiletries, towels, minibar items, and coffee supplies.
- Public Area Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces.
- Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or cleaning, providing qualified and friendly service.
- Safety & Security: Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken items to management. Adhere to safety protocols, including handling chemicals and storing cleaning supplies.
- Inventory Control: Manage and organize the housekeeping cart with required supplies
