We are hiring an experienced Industrial Welder (2–5 years experience) for our manufacturing facility in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. This position involves welding, fabrication, and structural maintenance for rotational molding machinery and plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance on industrial machinery, machine frames, metal structures, and components.
- Hands-on execution of MIG, TIG, and ARC welding methods.
- Read and interpret basic engineering drawings and welding specifications.
- Execute metal cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting, and structural alignment.
- Identify and repair damaged machine parts to reduce downtime.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete fabrication tasks on schedule.
- Adhere strictly to industrial welding safety guidelines and maintain a clean workplace.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- ITI in Welding (or equivalent technical trade qualification).
- 2–5 years of industrial welding and fabrication experience (experience in plastic or rotational molding plants is a plus).
- Practical, hands-on proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of metal cutting, grinding tools, and fitting techniques.
- Ability to read basic technical/engineering drawings independently.
- Solid commitment to safety standards and team collaboration in a plant setting.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
