Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives with excellent communication skills to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with customers, promoting company products and services, and converting potential leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on assigned leads.
- Explain and promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to improve conversion rates.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.




- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements

- Any degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and interacting with customers.
- Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000, based on experience and skills.
