1. Supervise and coordinate OHE installation and electrification activities at project sites.

2. Monitor foundation works, mast erection, bracket and cantilever installation, wiring, stringing, and tensioning activities, as applicable to the project.

3. Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

4. Prepare daily work plans and monitor project progress against agreed timelines.

5. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and other departments.

6. Identify site-related issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.

7. Review OHE drawings, technical documents, material requirements, and work instructions.

8. Coordinate material availability, inspection, and utilization at the project site.

9. Support testing, inspection, commissioning, and handover activities.

10. Ensure compliance with applicable Indian Railways requirements, approved project specifications, and quality standards.

11. Implement site safety procedures,



particularly for electrical works, work at height, and railway trackside activities.

12. Ensure required permits, approvals, and safety precautions are in place before work execution.

13. Manpower and Contractor Management

14. Allocate work to site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.

15. Monitor workforce productivity, work quality, and adherence to safety requirements.

16. Conduct site reviews and resolve execution-related issues in coordination with the project team.

17. Maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection reports, and material consumption records.

18. Track work completion, resource utilization, and pending activities.

19. Submit regular progress updates to the Project Manager and management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
