Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Full-Stack Developer with hands-on experience in web application development, ERP systems, and Android/iOS mobile application development.

The ideal candidate must be capable of handling the complete software development lifecycle independently — from understanding project requirements and developing applications from scratch to testing, deployment, and launching them in a live production environment.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a project and deliver a complete, functional solution with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop web applications, ERP systems, and mobile applications from scratch.
- Build responsive frontend interfaces using React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Develop and integrate Android and iOS applications using React Native, Flutter, or other relevant technologies.
- Implement authentication, authorization, user roles, permissions, and third-party API integrations.
- Handle the complete project lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, debugging, and production deployment.
- Configure hosting, servers, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, databases, and workplace variables.




- Deploy web applications and backend services to live production environments.
- Prepare mobile application builds and manage Google Play Store and Apple App Store submission processes.
- Troubleshoot bugs, improve application performance, and maintain existing projects.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and code management.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend: React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs

Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL

Mobile App Development: React Native, Flutter, or equivalent technologies for Android and iOS

ERP Development: Experience developing, customizing, or maintaining ERP systems and business workflows

Deployment & Hosting: AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, Vercel, or similar platforms; server configuration, domain setup, SSL, production builds, and deployment

Tools: Git, GitHub, testing and debugging tools

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant hands-on development experience.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend development.
- Practical experience with ERP systems and mobile app development.
- Ability to independently develop a project from scratch and deploy it to a live environment.
- Understanding of database design, API integration, authentication, and application security.
- Experience handling production deployment, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.
- Must be able to demonstrate completed projects, a portfolio, or live applications.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
