Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Company: ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Kothrud, Pune
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred (Freshers can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit colleges and develop institutional tie-ups.
- Organise job fairs, seminars, workshops, and campus activities.
- Generate student leads through field marketing and networking.
- Build relationships with colleges, companies, and placement officers.
- Identify current business opportunities and drive admission growth.
- Promote ICA courses and coordinate with the counselling team.
- Maintain daily visit reports and business development records.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Business development and lead generation.
- Relationship management and event coordination.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel locally.
