Position: ERP Executive
Department: ERP / Operations
Reporting To: Management / Concerned Department Head

Job Purpose
To maintain accurate and timely ERP transactions across Purchase, Warehouse, Production, Merchandising, Inventory and related operational activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Enter and update master and transaction data in ERP.
- Create/update item codes, material details, BOM and other approved master data.
- Enter purchase orders, GRN, material inward and material issue transactions as authorised.
- Update production-related transactions and order status.
- Record stock transfers, returns and adjustments based on approved documents.
- Maintain accurate raw-material, work-in-progress and finished-goods ERP records.
- Verify ERP entries against physical/source documents.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Production, Merchandising, Accounts and Management.
- Generate daily production, inventory, purchase and pending-order reports.
- Identify ERP-versus-physical-stock discrepancies and coordinate correction after approval.
- Ensure transactions are posted on time and backdated/pending entries are minimised.
- Maintain accurate BOM, consumption and material-issue information where applicable.
- Generate MIS reports required by management.




- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality and proper ERP documentation.
- Support users in routine ERP processes and report system issues to the appropriate technical/support team.
- Support stock audits and data reconciliation.
- Maintain daily backup/reporting procedures according to company systems.
- Ensure Right Data – Right Entry – Right Time.

Qualification: B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc Computer Science / any relevant degree.

Experience: 1–3 years in ERP/data management in textile or manufacturing operations preferred.

Required Skills: ERP software, advanced/basic Excel as required, data accuracy, inventory concepts, BOM knowledge, production-process understanding, reporting and analytical ability.

Candidate Location Requirement

Candidates from Karur and surrounding Karur areas only should apply.

Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Karur or nearby areas and can commute to the Manmangalam workplace regularly.
