- Experience Required: 2 years of relevant experience in customer support or customer service.
- Will be responsible for promoting the brand and products in digital market and in electronic media (e.g. email and calls).
- Handling other communications, such as scheduling interviews, discussion with vendors etc.
- A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
- Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
- Guide customers about the use and benefits of the application
- Manage social media pages for the company, brand and products or services

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
