Job Overview

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and service-oriented Senior Guest Relations Executive to join our team in Trivandrum, Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences, managing front desk operations, supporting daily property activities, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and necessary documentation.
- Communication: Handle telephone calls, messages, and guest inquiries professionally, coordinating with relevant departments when required.
- Administrative Support: Maintain records, files, and documents, and prepare spreadsheets and operational reports.
- Property Management: Conduct inventory checks, maintain stock records, and assist with the procurement of monthly supplies.
- Operational Supervision: Take charge of property operations in the absence of the Property Manager.
- Food and Beverage Service:



Assist with food and beverage arrangements to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Billing and Bookkeeping: Prepare invoices, manage billing records, and assist with basic bookkeeping activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in hotel management or hospitality.
- A degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A pleasant personality with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Good organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and spreadsheets is an advantage.
- Knowledge of English is preferred.
