Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Manage system updates, antivirus, data backups, and basic IT security.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and office applications.
- Manage software licenses, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of company systems and applications.
- Have working knowledge of Tally for basic data entry and accounting-related operations.
- Assist the accounts team with Tally-related technical issues and software updates.
- Support data backups and basic troubleshooting in Tally.
- Create basic posters, announcements, presentations, and internal communication materials.
- Have knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.




- Assist with basic photo editing and creative content as required.
- Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and equipment.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- Maintain documentation of IT issues and their resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing and creative tools.
- Good understanding of MS Office, Windows operating systems, and networking basics.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT administration.
