Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and provide support in Japanese and English, as required.
- Assist customers with booking-related queries, service requests, and complaints.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain qualified communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes and meet customer service quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate or Diploma holder in Japanese Language.
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in customer service, voice process, or a similar role.
- Strong spoken and written Japanese communication skills.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of the e-commerce and hospitality industries.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
