About the Role
We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven candidates for a Sales Executive role. Freshers with a BE/BTech background are welcome to apply. Candidates should have good communication skills and fluency in either Tamil or Kannada.
Key Responsibilities
* Make 80–100+ outbound and cold calls daily to potential customers.
* Introduce products/services and understand customer requirements.
* Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups.
* Generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and support sales closures.
* Maintain accurate call records and lead updates in the CRM.
* Work towards daily, monthly, and revenue targets.
* Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.
Requirements
* Freshers are welcome – no prior experience required.
* BE/BTech graduates or candidates with an engineering background are preferred.
* Fluency in either Tamil or Kannada is mandatory.
* Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to make outbound calls and work in a target-driven environment.
* Confidence in handling customer queries and learning sales techniques.
