ppc - Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PPC Executive for our CNC/VMC and Auto Components Manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, material planning, machine-wise scheduling, inventory control, and coordination with different departments to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and dispatch schedules.
- Plan machine-wise production schedules for CNC, VMC, and other machining processes.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure raw material availability as per production requirements.
- Monitor planned versus actual production and take corrective actions for any deviations.
- Track customer orders, pending orders, and delivery commitments.
- Monitor WIP, finished goods inventory, and material consumption.
- Coordinate with the Production Department to minimize machine idle time and production delays.
- Follow up on rejection, rework, and quality-related production issues.
- Prepare daily production reports, MIS reports, and order tracking sheets.
- Maintain production planning data using MS Excel and ERP software.




- Ensure timely completion of production orders and dispatch commitments.

Required Skills

- Experience in PPC in CNC/VMC or Auto Components Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production planning, machining processes, and capacity planning.
- Understanding of material planning, inventory control, and dispatch scheduling.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in CNC/VMC machining, engineering components, automotive components, and manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
