We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, your key responsibility will be to generate and convert customers for Banarix travel services.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Finding new customers and generating leads through online and offline channels
- Identifying customers interested in international visas and travel
- Promoting and selling Visa Assistance Services
- Selling International Holiday & Travel Packages
- Generating enquiries for E-SIM / International SIM services
- Selling Travel Insurance
- Following up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintaining regular follow-up with prospective customers
- Building your own customer network and referral base
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Maintaining basic sales and lead records
- Coordinating with the Banarix team for quotations, bookings and customer requirements

Compensation Options

Option 1 – Fixed Salary + Incentives

₹15,000/month fixed salary

This is a target-based position. The selected candidate will be required to achieve a minimum monthly sales target of ₹3,00,000 in counter sales generated through:

- Visa Services
- International Travel Packages
- Travel Insurance
- E-SIM
- Other eligible travel services

For the fixed-salary role,



you will be required to work during fixed working hours and participate in regular team coordination through Zoom / online meetings.

Additional performance incentives may be provided based on sales performance.

Option 2 – Flexible / Commission-Based

If you prefer versatile working hours, you can work on a commission-based model.

- 35% flat commission on eligible Visa & Package sales
- Commission on successfully converted bookings
- Additional performance incentives may be available
- Flexible working hours
- Suitable for freelancers, travel consultants, sales professionals and people with an existing customer network

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for candidates who are:

- Good at communication and customer handling
- Comfortable with sales and follow-ups
- Interested in travel, tourism and international destinations
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Zoom, email and basic online tools
- Capable of generating their own leads
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Candidates with experience in Travel, Visa, Insurance, Sales, B2C Sales or Telecalling will be preferred
