Job Location: Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Requirement: Own vehicle is mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit customer locations to diagnose and resolve computer, laptop, and hardware-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity problems.
- Provide on-site technical support and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Perform system upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain service reports and update customers regarding technical issues.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Relevant experience in field service or computer repair is preferred.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for on-site support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
