Role Overview
We are looking for motivated Business Development Interns who want to gain practical experience in sales, communication, lead generation, and customer interaction while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential students and explain UpskillX training and internship programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and messages.
- Maintain and update lead information.
- Work towards assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the team to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain professional communication with students.
Requirements
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on calls.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones,
WhatsApp, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- Candidates interested in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or HR are preferred.
