- Base Salary: 53,901 INR per month
- Bonus: Up to 8,293 month
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call healthcare insurances to follow up on claims statuses and resolve denials to collect payments
- Coordinate work activities with AR supervisor, manager, other departments, etc.
- Check all systems to ensure claims were billed correctly (billing system, EMR, scanned authorization forms, etc.)
- Check the payer portal for more details of the claims or new payer updates.
- Call insurance to verify benefits when needed.

Experience:
- At least 2 years of working experience in US Healthcare RCM as an AR follow up Representative or collector.
- Solid knowledge in US Healthcare.
- Using Google sheets and basic excel knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
