B2B Field Sales Executive – Food Packaging

Job Summary

EcoGreenz is looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to develop B2B sales for our eco-friendly, biodegradable and compostable food packaging products. The candidate will be responsible for visiting businesses, generating new leads, building customer relationships and achieving sales targets in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit cafés, restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, caterers, food outlets and distributors.
- Generate new B2B leads through field visits, referrals and market research.
- Present and promote our bagasse tableware, food containers and takeaway packaging products.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on quotations, samples and prospective orders.
- Develop relationships with purchase managers, owners and decision-makers.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer details and sales pipeline records.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, FMCG, food packaging or related industries preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Ahmedabad for customer visits.
- Ability to generate leads, close sales and follow up consistently.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

- Salary up to ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
- Incentives may be offered based on sales performance.
- Travel allowance or reimbursement as per company policy.
