We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Interns to support our software product promotion, IT services sales, lead generation, and business development activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses to introduce the company's software products and IT services.
- Explain the basic features and benefits of software solutions to prospective clients.
- Identify potential customers interested in software products, web development, application development, and other IT services offered by the company.
- Generate leads and identify current business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales and business development teams.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with interested clients.
- Maintain daily calling reports, lead details, and follow-up records in Excel or CRM software.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospective customers.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Interest in software products, IT services,



and technology sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Valuable convincing, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and customer relationship management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers from any educational background can apply.
- Candidates interested in telecalling, software sales, and business development are encouraged to apply.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Training, Stipend & Employment Details

- First 3 Months: Structured training will be provided in telecalling, software product knowledge, IT services, customer communication, lead generation, and sales processes.
- Stipend: Based on the candidate's performance during the training period.
- After 3 Months: Candidates who successfully complete the training and meet the company's performance expectations may be considered for full-time employment.
- Full time Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on performance and suitability.
- Work Mode: Hybrid (a combination of work from office and work from home).
