Job Summary:
We are looking for a QC In-Charge to manage quality control activities and ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished PVC compounds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct and supervise quality testing of raw materials and finished PVC compounds.
- Check parameters such as moisture, ash content, fineness, contamination, hardness, and other product specifications as applicable.
- Monitor product quality during production and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain laboratory registers, test reports, inspection records, and COAs.
- Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.




- Coordinate with Production and R&D; teams to resolve quality-related problems.
- Supervise laboratory staff and ensure proper handling and calibration of testing equipment.
- Support internal audits and maintain quality documentation as per company requirements.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Polymer, Plastics, Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience: 0.6–5 years in QC/QA, preferably in PVC compounds or plastics manufacturing.

Required Skills: Knowledge of polymer testing, laboratory equipment, quality documentation, problem-solving, and team management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
