- Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and provide accurate information.
- Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with interested candidates/customers to ensure engagement.
- Data Management: Record call details, update candidate/customer information, and maintain accurate logs.
- Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews or appointments when required.
- Communication: Build rapport with candidates/customers using transparent and polite language.
