Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day in office execution of commercial interior and fit-out projects.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, site workers, and internal teams.
- Monitor civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, furniture, and finishing work as per project requirements.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Track material requirements, deliveries, site resources, and manpower deployment.
- Identify site issues, resolve routine execution challenges, and escalate critical matters to the Project Manager.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs), site photographs, material records, and work updates.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate inspections, snag-list preparation, rectification, and final project handover.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
