Purchase In-Charge – Reen Resort

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase In-Charge to manage the resort’s procurement activities, including sourcing materials, vendor management, price negotiation, purchase orders, and ensuring timely availability of required items.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day purchasing activities for the resort.
- Procure food & beverage items, housekeeping materials, kitchen supplies, maintenance items, office supplies, and other operational requirements.
- Identify and coordinate with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors for the best rates and terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores and relevant departments for purchase requirements.
- Verify the quality, quantity, and specifications of received materials.
- Maintain proper purchase records, quotations, invoices, and vendor documents.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Stores departments regarding bills, payments, and stock receipts.




- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and company policies.
- Handle urgent purchase requirements of the resort efficiently.
- Prepare regular purchase reports for management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Purchase, Supply Chain, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in a hotel/resort or hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of local suppliers and market rates.
- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/inventory software.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of food, beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance-related procurement will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
