Candidate Categories & Eligibility

1. Ex-Servicemen

- Age: 35–45 years.
- Former personnel from the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force.
- Valuable discipline, vigilance, and physical fitness.

2. Ex-Police / Home Guards

- Age: 35–45 years.
- Previous service in Police or Home Guards.
- Strong security awareness and incident-handling skills.

3. Civilian Candidates

- Age: 25–35 years.
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Physically fit, alert, and responsible.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and secure company premises.
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular security patrols.
- Maintain security registers, visitor records, and shift handover reports.
- Report suspicious activities and security incidents promptly.
- Follow company security policies and emergency procedures.




- Coordinate with management regarding security-related concerns.

General Requirements

- Good physical fitness, alertness, and discipline.
- Basic communication skills.
- Responsible and professional conduct.
- Willingness to work 12-hour day or night shifts.
- Relevant security experience will be preferred.
