Ajanta Footcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Retail Store Manager for our store in Sonarpur, West Bengal.

We are seeking candidates with solid experience in retail store operations, team management, customer service, inventory control, visual merchandising, and sales target achievement.

Experience Required

- 2–4 years of experience in Retail Operations as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Retail Store Manager.
- Experience in Footwear Retail, Apparel Retail, or any Fashion Retail Showroom is mandatory.
- Experience in team handling, sales management, and day-to-day store operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day retail store operations.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff.
- Achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and product availability.
- Maintain store housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper product display and store presentation.
- Monitor billing and POS operations.
- Prepare daily sales, stock, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.

- Have 2–4 years of relevant retail store management experience.
- Have mandatory experience in footwear, apparel, or fashion retail showroom operations.
- Be capable of independently managing store operations and a retail team.
- Have a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Be comfortable handling inventory, billing, and sales reporting.
