Account Executive – GST & Accounts

Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or Any other Finance Management Diploma / Degree.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
Location: Farukh Nagar, Asalatpur Road, Loni, Ghaziabad (Near Tila Mod)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries, sales, purchases, receipts, payments and expenses.
- Strong knowledge of GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Prepare quotations, sales invoices, proforma invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Maintain customer/vendor ledgers, bank reconciliation and outstanding payments.
- Manage billing, stock entries and accounting records for paints, putty and related products.
- Prepare reports using Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the CA for GST compliance and audit-related work.




- Independently manage day-to-day accounts with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

- Robust practical knowledge of GST and accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- CA firm experience & manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
- Should be responsible, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
