We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in retail sales management, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities and prepare sales reports.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
- Manage inventory coordination and stock planning with the operations team.
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve productivity and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data and provide recommendations for business growth.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in retail, fashion, or apparel industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
