Team Harji is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop engaging, informative, and compelling content for the company’s digital platforms and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a solid command of English, and the ability to create content related to construction, architecture, residential and commercial projects, and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop scripts for Instagram Reels, promotional videos, interviews, and educational content.
- Create captions, headlines, creative copy, and content for social media posts.
- Research construction, architecture, and industry-related topics to develop accurate and informative content.
- Convert technical construction concepts into simple, audience-friendly language.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan content calendars and campaigns.
- Develop content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Assist in developing fresh content ideas, storytelling concepts, and campaign themes.
- Ensure timely delivery of content according to project deadlines.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation.
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of Hindi or Hinglish is an advantage.
- Ability to write engaging social media content and video scripts.
- Valuable research, storytelling, and editing skills.
- Creativity and the ability to develop fresh content ideas.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is an advantage.
- Experience in construction, architecture, real estate, or a related industry is preferred.

Salary

₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, writing skills, and suitability for the role.
