We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer who can design attractive, user-friendly and conversion-focused websites and landing pages. The candidate should understand user behaviour and create designs that improve user experience and generate more leads and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern and responsive website pages and landing pages.
- Create UI/UX designs for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Design landing pages focused on lead generation and course sales.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and user journey flows.
- Improve website navigation, layout and overall user experience.
- Work with the marketing and development teams to implement designs.
- Review existing website pages and suggest improvements.
- Follow current UI/UX trends and maintain brand consistency.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Figma for website design and prototyping.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Experience in designing high-converting landing pages.
- Knowledge of website layout, typography, colours and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of CTA placement, lead forms and conversion optimisation.
- Ability to create clean, modern and user-friendly designs.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX or website design.
- A portfolio showcasing website and landing page designs is required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dehradun, Uttarakhand
