Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
- Explain company products or services to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide proper support.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills of lubricants product .
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and handle customers professionally.
- Fluency in Hindi and/or English; regional language skills are an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
