Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, active, and customer-oriented Restaurant Service Staff member to provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders, serve customers, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, explain food items, and recommend dishes when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for the next guests.
- Attend to customer requests, feedback, and complaints politely.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
- Follow restaurant service standards, food safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Assist with billing and payments when required.
- Support opening and closing duties and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Eligibility Criteria





- Previous experience in restaurant or café service is preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined, and customer-friendly.
- Ability to work in a team and handle busy service hours.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the roster.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant etiquette and hygiene practices.

Working Conditions

- Working Hours: As per company policy and assigned shift.
- Weekly Off: As per the duty roster and company policy.
- Salary: As per experience and company standards.
- Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / Supervisor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
