About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 2–5 years of professional experience to join our development team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, along with experience developing scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.

You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to build new features, maintain existing applications, and deliver reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Design and maintain MongoDB schemas, queries, and database operations.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and appropriate application security practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and production issues.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders.
- Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to testing, deployment, and ongoing application improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.




- Good experience with React.js, hooks, components, and state management.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
- Practical experience with MongoDB, schema design, and database queries.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web application security.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management solutions.
- Knowledge of Next.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms, hosting, or CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and application performance optimization.
- Understanding of Agile development practices.
