Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end technical hiring process and bring the right talent to our growing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub and other job portals
- Understand technical JDs and screen and shortlist candidates (Java, React, Node.js, Python, AI/ML, etc.)
- Conduct candidate calls, schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and hiring managers
- Handle offer negotiation, follow-ups and candidate engagement until joining
- Maintain daily updates in trackers and the ATS
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
