Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assembly SPM Engineer with hands-on experience in Special Purpose Machine (SPM) assembly, installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning. The candidate should have a good understanding of mechanical assembly, pneumatic systems, and automated machine operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble and install Assembly SPM machines as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings, 2D drawings, and 3D models.
- Perform machine assembly, alignment, fitting, and adjustment activities.
- Work with pneumatic cylinders, sensors, actuators, guide systems, and other mechanical components.
- Coordinate with design, electrical, PLC, and commissioning teams.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical assembly issues.
- Perform machine trials, cycle testing, and functional checks.
- Ensure machine quality, dimensional accuracy,



and proper functioning.
- Support machine installation and commissioning at customer sites, if required.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain assembly quality standards.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in Assembly SPM or automation machine assembly.
- Knowledge of mechanical fitting, alignment, and assembly practices.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand mechanical tolerances.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems and automation components.
- Experience with assembly tools, measuring instruments, and troubleshooting.
- Valuable teamwork and problem-solving skills.
