Ocean Blue Softener is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can help us expand our business by generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting our water softener products, and closing sales deals.

The candidate will be responsible for finding new customers, building business relationships, explaining our products, negotiating with clients, and converting potential leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers for water softener products.
- Conduct field visits to homes, commercial establishments, industries, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and other potential clients.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, networking, and customer referrals.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and negotiate deals.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales orders and close deals successfully.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the company for quotations, order confirmation, and product installation requirements.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Ability to approach customers and generate sales independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales and marketing.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, field sales, or water treatment products will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and focused on closing deals.
- Freshers with strong sales skills and confidence can also apply.

Compensation

- Attractive commission on every successful sale.
- Earnings will depend on the number and value of deals closed.
